FAQ

1. How do I register an user account?

Please click on the "User" button at the top right-handcorner of any page, click "Sign up". Fill in your details as requested. Read the Terms and Condition and tick the box to agree. Then click "Sign me up!" to complete the registration.



2. What if I forget my account password?

Please click on the "User" button at the top right-hand corner of any page, click "Sign in" then select "Forgot your Password?". Fill in your registered email address as instructed; we shall send you a password reset email.



3. How do I update my details on myaccount?

Please click on the "User" button at the top right-hand corner of any page. To make any changes to your details, please choose the relevant section and edit your information directly on the section. Please click on “Save Changes” once you have completed to update your information. 



4. What currency are the prices displayed in?

All prices are displayed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).



5. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods

i). Credit Card payment (Visa / MasterCard / Union Pay) or

ii). Apple Pay or

iii). AlipayHK or

iv). WeChat Pay or

v). Payment via bill payment through ATM or online payment within 3 working days after submitting the order (* If overdue payment, your order will be cancelled):


a. Select Bill Payment Service > Select「Post-secondary or Specialised Education」-「Vocational Training Council」or Enter Merchant Code「9151」> Select Bill Type -「Others」

b. Enter the bill number「680002833」> enter the total payment amount

c. Please upload the transaction details on the order details page or the「Upload Payment Proof」button in the email

d. After we confirmed the payment, we shall arrange the delivery as soon as possible



6.  How do I know my payment transaction is successful?

Confirmed order with successful payment transaction will receive a confirmation email. Please check your email account’s spam or junk folder to ensure the message was not filtered. You can also check your order status shown in “Orders” after login to your account.



7.  How do I place an order?

Please register an user account to enjoy the shopping experience. You may refer to our "How to Buy" tutorial at

8. How can I receive my purchased item?

You can choose door-to-door delivery or door-to-locker service from our designated courier.
To add convenience to your shopping experience, you can opt to personally pick up at our designated self-collection point with your order confirmation email during the stated business hours.

9. How can I check my order status and previous order history?

After login, you can go to "My Account" by clicking the top right corner to check your current order status and past orders in “Orders”.



10.  What is the delivery lead time for my order?

We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible; orders are typically shipped out to our delivery partners within two (2) working days upon confirmation of order. It is not within our absolute control to guarantee the timely arrival of your order. Please allow sufficient time to reduce the possibility of the late arrival of ashipment. 



11.  Can I change my delivery address after the order is confirmed?

If you have just finished placing your order, please contact us and we shall try to modify your order if it is not yet sent to the courier service. Once the order is dispatched to the courier, we cannot accept any request for the change of delivery address.



12. If I have saved an item in the Wishlist,does that mean the stock is reserved? 

Saving the item(s) in the Wishlist does not reserve the stock. All products are reserved upon successful payment transactions. 



13. Can I cancel my order?

You cannot cancel an order once the order confirmation email has been issued to you.



14. Do you offer return and exchange of product?

No return and exchange of product will be accepted.
